Eagle Point Enterprises, LLC, believes that a strong tenant supportive services program is an integral component to a successful affordable housing development. The benefits of such programs include increased literacy and improved access to health care among residents, and for the developer, increased ability to attract and retain quality residents. As a key component to the supportive services, Eagle Point Enterprises installs a state of the art computer lab with internet access as a matter of policy in each of our properties and ensures that the services component to the development is endowed financially and with the proper management resources.

The content of resident services varies at each property and aims to meet the needs of that specific community. Examples of services at our properties include:

* health screenings and health education
* computer classes
* partnerships to local food pantries
* GED and job-related education classes
* Transportation
* After-school care and educational programming for children
* Homeownership assistance

With our support, our local managers seek and establish relationships with local service providers.
