EXPERIENCE

The experience of the EPE partners includes commercial, industrial and residential properties quantified by over 2,875
units of housing and over 800,000 square feet of commercial space. EPE has extensive experience utilizing financing tools, such as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and tax-exempt bond financing, renewing HUD Section 8 contracts and decoupling Interest Reduction Payment (IRP) subsidies from Section 236 properties.
