Eagle Point was formed to meet that need.

Eagle Point's partners are experienced developers with a 21-year track record in developing and acquiring affordable housing. Through strategic partnerships, Eagle Point has acquired substantial financial and intellectual resources in order to preserve existing projects in need of renovation. Together the team has the knowledge and experience to maximize benefits to sellers in unique and creative ways using programs such as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit or tax exempt bond financing. These resources, in combination with the understanding and ability to maximize Section 8 levels, allow Eagle Point to pay a market-rate acquisition price, maintain affordability and substantially improve conditions at the property (coaching institutes).
